Who We Are
Our roots go back through three decades of serving the finance and accounting needs of some of Georgia's most well-respected organizations. Our legacy includes over 30 years of involvement in the local community, service and support of organizations with a global impact, passion for excellence, and a service-oriented mindset. This vision shaped the forming of Aldridge & Assoc. in 2009.

K. Glenn Aldridge, CPA
Managing Partner
Prior to forming Aldridge & Assocs., Glenn was an audit partner and director of employee benefit plan and not-for-profit services at a Top 25 Atlanta CPA firm and a Top 100 US firm.
Glenn serves as an instructor with AuditSense, providing training and consulting services to CPA firms.
Glenn graduated from Bob Jones University. He is a CPA in the state of Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Samuel R. Odom, CPA
Partner
Sam has over 25 years of accounting experience including partner for a top Jacksonville CPA firm and as a chief financial officer for multi-franchise auto dealer groups. Concentrating in audits for middle market companies, Sam has managed multiple large audit engagements.
Sam graduated from the University of North Florida. He is a CPA in the state of Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA).

Ian Ferguson, CPA
Partner
Ian spent the first ten years of his career with a top-200 CPA firm, providing audit services to over 50 not-for-profit organizations. Ian is also a workshop presenter and has over five years of experience in board governance.
Ian graduated from Bob Jones University with a bachelor’s and master’s in accounting. He is a CPA in the state of South Carolina and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA).

Austin D. Trine
Partner
Austin gained experience serving the financial reporting and accounting needs of Fortune 500 companies while working in the Atlanta office of Ernst & Young serving Atlanta-based domestic and international clients. Austin’s experience includes overseeing and performing CFO services.
Austin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Kennesaw State University.

Randall Wilson, CPA, CPE
Financial Reporting Specialist
Randall has over 20 years of accounting experience including as an audit partner with a local CPA firm in Orlando, Florida, where he served as the director of quality control and the director of the firm’s audit and assurance department.
Randall graduated from Florida State University. He is a licensed CPA with the State of Florida and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Chacko Vargis, B.COM, FCA

Chacko has over 11 years of experience in internal audits, statutory audits, and indirect tax matters. He spent 3 years at Deloitte where he extensively worked on statutory audits and systems audits for various corporations.

Collin previously worked in a full-service CPA firm, Rector, Reeder & Lofton, P.C. located in Loganville, GA, as well as a bookkeeper for Biblical Ministries Worldwide, an international mission’s agency located in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Collin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a CPA in the state of Georgia.

William gained experience in the North American accounting division of a large Georgia manufacturing company. He worked in both revenue recognition & reporting and fixed assets accounting.
William graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also graduated with a Master of Accounting from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a CPA in the state of Georgia.

Carson Kook

Carson previously worked in the information technology and services industry at Tata Technologies. He taught technical courses both domestically and internationally and worked as a consultant creating data management structures and procedures for clients.
Carson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pensacola Christian College. He has passed all four CPA exams and is awaiting his CPA certification from the state of Georgia.
