Review
A review is not as extensive as an audit, but more detailed than a compilation. The team makes certain inquires from members of the management team and applies analytical procedures. Our team expresses limited assurance that they are not aware of any material modifications to be made to the financial statements.
Compilation
A compilation is narrow in scope; our team compiles your financial data into financial statements without providing assurance on the financial statements.
Agreed-Upon Procedure (AUP)
Agreed-upon procedure engagements involve application of specific procedures that are selected based on your needs.
